We are looking for a qualified, experienced childcare leader to step into a Director role with a growing early childhood program in Argyle, Wisconsin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been an Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, Lead Teacher with administrative responsibilities, or Director and is ready for greater leadership responsibility.

THIS COULD BE THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU IF YOU:

• Have experience helping manage or lead an early childhood program

• Understand the day-to-day operations of a childcare center

• Are comfortable leading and supporting a team

• Have experience with staff, families, licensing, scheduling, enrollment, or program operations

• Are currently an Assistant Director and ready for your next step

• Are an experienced Director looking for a new opportunity

• Are open to relocating for the right leadership position

This position requires previous childcare program leadership or management experience.
