Argyle Early Learning Center is seeking a motivated and supportive Director to lead our new childcare program. This is a great opportunity to help build a center from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on children, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the center
Lead, support, and manage staff
Ensure licensing compliance and quality standards
Build strong relationships with families
Support enrollment growth and program development
Qualifications:
Previous childcare leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Wisconsin childcare licensing (or willingness to learn)
Must Haves:
At least 5 years of Teaching in an early childhood program
At least 5 years of Managing in an early childhood program
Pay:
Hourly position (based on experience) $22-$29
