Little Bear Learning Center in Muskego is looking for a dedicated 4K Teacher to join our team! This is a great opportunity to lead a classroom, support early learning, and be part of a positive, supportive center.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a 4K classroom with engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

• Implement lesson plans and daily routines

• Communicate with families and build strong relationships

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with 4-5 year olds (4K preferred)

• Registry credentials or qualifications required for a lead teacher

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

• Passion for helping children learn and grow
