At Country Kids Schoolhouse of Eagle, we believe in providing a loving, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment where every child and teacher is valued and supported. We are looking for a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our team and help guide our youngest learners through their earliest milestones.

💛 What You’ll Be Doing

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for infants

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support development

• Follow individualized schedules for feeding, naps, and care

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom

• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing regulations

• Lead and support assistant teachers within the classroom

🌱 What We’re Looking For

• Lead Teacher qualifications per Wisconsin licensing

• Experience working with infants preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for early childhood education

• Ability to create a calm, patient, and responsive environment

💰 Pay

• $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
