Customer Service Representative - Insurance
American Family Insurance- Carlos Chacon Agency in Madison, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative who understands how important harmony and productivity are to a small office environment. Our ideal candidate thrives when assisting customers and is able to problem solve accurately and quickly. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to focus on the positive.
To excel in this position, we prefer the follow qualifications:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer support and client services.
Bilingual - English/Spanish
Ability to stay professional and keep perspective while communicating with clients during difficult situations.
Proficient in data entry and typing, with strong attention to detail capabilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Strong attention to detail skills while simultaneously supporting customers and taking details notes.
Experience in the insurance sector is preferred but not required.
