Just For Me Family Center is looking for caring, dependable, and passionate Infant & School Age Teachers to join our team. We are a family-centered program that values strong relationships, supportive leadership, and work-life balance.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with children at different developmental stages and want to be part of a center where staff are supported and personally connected with leadership.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and school-age children

• Plan and implement engaging activities that support growth, independence, and social development

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

• Follow Wisconsin DCF licensing regulations and center policies

• Communicate effectively with families and the Director

• Participate in paid planning time, staff meetings, and professional development

Qualifications

• Must meet Wisconsin DCF licensing requirements for Infant and/or School Age Teachers

• Experience working with infants and/or school-age children preferred

• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and caregiving skills
