Faithbridge Childcare Learning Center is seeking caring, dependable teachers to join our team working with 2–3 year olds. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping young children grow, explore, and build confidence in a supportive, faith-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for toddlers

• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

• Plan and participate in age-appropriate, play-based activities

• Help with daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young children (preferred but not required)

• A patient, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements

• Registry level considered for placement and pay

• Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $15-23 per hour, based on Registry level and experience
