Full-Time Float Teacher – Toddler Program

At By Leaps and Bounds, our toddlers are learning how to explore the world, build independence, and feel safe doing so. We’re looking for a dependable, caring Float Teacher who enjoys supporting young children and stepping in where help is needed most.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, teamwork, and being part of a center that truly values its staff.

🌈 Your Role

• Support toddler classrooms as needed throughout the day

• Step in to assist lead and assistant teachers with daily routines

• Provide nurturing care, guidance, and supervision for toddlers

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

• Support transitions, meals, diapering, naps, and play-based activities

• Build positive relationships with children and staff

• Experience working with toddlers or young children (preferred)

• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach

• Flexibility and a team-first mindset

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to meet Wisconsin DCF childcare requirements

⏰ Schedule

• Full-time position

• 4 ten-hour days per week

• Wednesday off every week
